The need

Each classroom had around 10–12 Chromebooks of varying ages, shared among students. Teachers wanted to provide 1:1 devices, and it isn’t feasible to ask students to bring their own.

Year 5 and 6 teachers use Minecraft as a learning tool, and it runs best on Windows laptops or MacBooks. The school sought around 45 devices with at least an i5 processor, 8 GB RAM and a 128 GB SSD, with good battery life to support learning in and out of the classroom.

Got a cupboard of old laptops?

You wipe them, we pick them up, and they go straight to a school that has asked for them.
